Shipping
Shipping to the US and Canada is a flat fee of $4.95 Canadian. This provides expedited post service which is trackable and insurable.
International (outside of Canada and the US) orders are welcome. Please email me first for a shipping quote.

In stock items are shipped generally within 24 to 48 hours. Custom orders, or made to order merchandise will take a bit longer. I ship Monday to Friday. Here in Canada, we unfortunately do not have Saturday postal service.

Returns and Customer Satisfaction

During the first year of purchase, any repair that might be necessary will be completed free of charge. If a repair is required beyond the one year term, a small fee (depending on the repair required) may be applied.
